PICK-A-PROM DRESS

MPact Outreach hosts its first Pick-A-Prom Dress at the Westbury Memorial Library. It was a tremendous success as young ladies from in and around the Westbury area were able to choose dresses FREE OF CHARGE to attend their end of year school dance or prom. Homemade cookies shaped like dresses were provided by Denise Archie of archiesbestdesserts which were scrumptious. Ladies from CHUMS.Inc as well as Westbury’s F.A.C.E and friends of MPact volunteered and assisted the young ladies making their experience fun and exciting. MPact sends a great thank you to Tracy Horidyski, Library Director, Asst. Director, and David Chavez, Cultural Arts Specialist , for always opening their doors allowing our organization to host programs.
